1 /5 Jennifer Jacobs: I’ve been a loyal Allstate customer for over 30 years, largely due to the excellent service provided by Sean Peterson and his incredible staff. Sean’s professionalism and the welcoming atmosphere of his office always made interactions easy and pleasant. Unfortunately, since Seans retirement, things have drastically changed. His staff has since left—an understandable decision given the current state of the office under Mansoor Karimi. My experience today was deeply disappointing. I am hard of hearing, and during a conversation, Mr. Karimi accused me of yelling. I explained I was raising my voice simply to hear and be heard, not out of anger or disrespect. He responded by saying he didn’t care that I was a customer—an attitude I have never encountered before in this office. This level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. As a result, I’ve decided to transfer all of my business to a different office where I feel valued and understood. It’s a shame to see a once-exceptional branch lose its reputation and quality. I strongly caution others to think twice before choosing this location.

1 /5 Barb Larson: I cant leave less than one star, so be it. Horrid, horrid service. Horrible office staff. I had a 30 year, yes, policy, and I got nothing but shade. My customer loyalty meant nothing. Steer away. Edit: I left this review a week earlier, I found out yesterday they cancelled my policy. I have been a loyal and good customer of Allstate for over 35 years I signed up in 1989 and have kept that policy thru marriages, home ownership, and multiple vehicles. I loved my agent and his office staff so much that I moved hundreds of miles away but kept my policy with that office. My agent retired, and Mr Karimi seems to have inherited my policy. I fell behind on my payment for the first time in all that time, and called to explain it. I got a letter in the mail that said my policy would be cancelled on the 27th. I got a call from Mr Karimi, who confirmed that the cancellation would be the 27th. I called a few days later, and was told they cancelled my policy the week before, without notice, and lying to me about the actual date. As I write this, the letter I received tells me I still have another 7 days, since it is the 20th. Do not trust this office, or its staff. No one from my old office was taken on, and Ive spoken to at least 3 different new staff, and each of them lied to me about policy and dates.

1 /5 Dian Thomas: I was with Allstate for a few years now. just a few days ago without updating me with no letter no agents trying to reach out to me they just canceled my policy , Prior to the cancellation I kept emailing for someone to give me a call back. I have tried to call the office and call center time and time again no one could not give me answers I’ve been on auto pay and every time they’ve tried to draft out the payment for some reason they return the payment and take it again so it cused some conflict with the funds in my bank so I’ve had to call and make the payment over the phone and doing so. I was not notified of a $25 return check fee but I did ask customer service. Is there any fees that need to be paid the gentleman I spoke with said no and you will see a discount on your next bill , Once again within the same month, waiting for my policy to be auto drafted and it did not draft out of my bank, also they took me out of auto pay , so once again I called back to make a payment, with no notification No Letters no calls no emails they have canceled my policy For a return check fee that Allstate says I did not pay. I have tried to contact. My agent, Mr. Monsour, Karimi, and there was no response so my account with Allstate has been closed With no prior knowledge The funny part is I have asked them if they have tried to contact me or send a letter Allstate response was that they sent A notification of cancellation out on August 2 which was the day I spoke with them , Prior I used to think that Allstate was a very good company, but I have truly seen They are not a great company at all. They do not care about their customers they have poor Communication skills. Thank you for wasting my time. I do not recommend Allstate and the rates never stay the same.

5 /5 LynDale Lewis: Ive been with this company for 24 years. It recently changed owners, but Ive been getting the same service, so were happy. Karen always cheerfully helps me with all my questions and adds policies over the phone.

5 /5 Malick Irfan Alvi: Really nice person. I needed some quotes for home and auto insurance. He was really honest and guide me without pushing to sell me insurance. He gave great advice. He is truly a great person. I highly recommend him. Truly 5 star.
