I have been trying to get life insurance for the past 3 years now and have been unable to until just recently because of Jade Leger and Dana Simon. K. J. Got in a car accident, someone hit me from behind, so my SUV had to be put in the shop and the company refused to give me a rental that was best for me which wouldve been another SUV. I feel like I shouldve been able to get a SUV because thats what I currently drive, and I drive a SUV for a reason, and to top it all off, Im a progressive customer as well as the person who hit me. This company does not care about their customers best interest. Theyre so nice and helpful when theyre giving you a quote but get in an accident and see just how helpful they are.

We called the agency and the call was quickly answered by a nice lady who introduced herself as Claudia and she quickly set up a date and time for us to speak with Mike Smith. On our appointment date, We arrived at the office and the person who set up our appointment, Claudia, met us with a smile and proceeded to introduce us to Michael Smith. Mr Smith spent an entire hour with us answering questions on coverages and offering suggestions for both our automobile and home policies. We left the agency knowing that this would be the right insurance agency for our family. The pleasantness and professionalism of Mr Smith and his entire team is admirable.
