1 /5 nagi reddy Potlapati: Very horrible experience with progressive insurance. Never ever try their Snapshot. its a trap to suck money from consumers. I didnt drive much and didnt have any tickets or incidents during 6 month tenure with progressive but my renewal price hiked for 100 percent stating the Snapshot results. Dont get caught in this trap and regret later. I would prefer 0 rating but there is no option...

1 /5 Maya Horton: This was the worse experience I ever had with an insurance company. I got into an accident that wasnt my fault, filed a claim (I was the insurer). Throughout the entire claims process, I had to do all the work, I had to file the claim through the other insurance company, I had to go get the police report, I had to fill out the accident report, I had to continuously call them to get something done. When you do call, majority of the time they wont answer the phone and when they do call back itll be days later. Whenever you asked them a question about why they dont reach out to the other insurance or basically do anything, youll get told, "Oh we dont do that". In my opinion I dont think my adjuster wanted to do her job. The only way my claim moved forward was when I called the manager. I was supposed to get my check for my car two months ago and still havent received the money. When the insurance renewal came around it went up almost 90% (it was $86 before the accident and raised to $900 after). Since they didnt reach out to the other insurance company and get the information from their end, Progressive filed the claim as "At fault", like it was my fault for getting in the accident even though there was evidence (including the police report) that I wasnt at fault. I would not recommend getting progressive for insurance. Idk if its just in Louisiana that they suck but you wont have a good experience.

3 /5 K. J.: Got in a car accident, someone hit me from behind, so my SUV had to be put in the shop and the company refused to give me a rental that was best for me which wouldve been another SUV. I feel like I shouldve been able to get a SUV because thats what I currently drive, and I drive a SUV for a reason, and to top it all off, Im a progressive customer as well as the person who hit me. This company does not care about their customers best interest. Theyre so nice and helpful when theyre giving you a quote but get in an accident and see just how helpful they are.

1 /5 Robert Cox: Bill increased by $100 out of nowhere, I refused to pay it and got my license flagged twice for the same policy. Which yeah, shame on me for just continuing on without insurance but the amount of vengeance this company came back for was ridiculous. Paid my dues and attempted to start a new policy, online was $200 more than my original policy and over the phone I got a quote for $800 a month for liability. Now here we are over a month later and I have to provide proof of insurance because they decided to contact the OMV yet again. GoAuto has been great and gave me a policy way cheaper than Progressive has ever offered, no scam avenues to dish out surprise charges. Snapshot is a joke.

1 /5 Evan P.: Got insurance with progressive when I first got my car and it was a fair amount I was paying so I had no problem with it. Just so happen to miss some sort of notification about reviewing my information and my policy was canceled. Tried to get a new policy and my rates went up 2.5 times higher than my original policy that I only had with for about 2 months with no additional accidents/ticket. Will no longer use Progressive.
