5 /5 April Thomas: I was needing to get health insurance but was unsure what plan would be the best for my needs. It was very frustrating for me to say the least because this was the first time I had ever had to do this. I spoke with the Allen Insurance agency and they were able to help me find the perfect plan for me. They patiently explained everything to where I could understand. The people who work there literally went above and beyond to be sure that I was taken care of, these people actually truly do care. I have multiple family members who they have helped now as well. If you are looking for insurance i’m not just talking health insurance I’m talking (ALL) types of insurance give John Allen and his associates a call believe me you will be so glad you did! You can thank me later.

1 /5 Lisa Fernandez: 2/6/25: I had to pay $100 for a plan that was supposed to be canceled by this agent. I gave them plenty of notice but it wasnt handled. When I called it to their attention, they were very slow to get back. Now Im getting charged for their negligence. Very disappointing.
