1 /5 Kaytee Boudreaux: WORST INSURANCE EVER! SWITCH to progressive you get the same price as them! GO AUTO NEVER answers the phone so you cant get anything done with them, their app and website is trash you cant even add a vehicle!!! Yet they ALWAYS accepting your payment FAST! If i could give zero starts I WOULD!!!!!!

1 /5 Brandy Naquin: I purchased this policy online with vin numbers only to be told that my fiancées vehicle would be dropped(i added it since we both drive each others vehicle) stating i had no insurable interest with him like what???? It no wheres online stated this but they were quick to accept my money, have been trying to speak to someone on the phone for over an hour about this issue.... if I could give no stars I would! Dont waste your time

1 /5 Cassidy Murphy: I got a policy online through Go Auto for two vehicles. One with comprehensive coverage and one with liability. Note that on online I was not required to provide pictures of my vehicle for the comprehensive coverage. They also didn’t state online that me and my fiancé had to be married to have a combined policy ANYWHERE ONLINE. I paid and then I wasn’t provided insurance cards for both of us. I called the hotline and didn’t receive a call back. I went to Go Auto the next day to fix the policy. Because one of my cars was previously involved in a hit and run which I didn’t file a claim for they decided to take pictures of my car for comprehensive coverage; I stated that that wasn’t asked online. Then they proceeded to ask about my front bumper which had no damage and I was confused by this. They continued to ask both me and my fiancé about every little detail they didn’t ask online and then proceeded to continue to ask about the bumper as if it had damage. They cannot refund the almost $300 I paid until 3-5 business days. I would not recommend this place ever. The employee was unprofessional and rude and not helpful. She sat on her phone the entire time and ignored us.
