Jamaal Petersen It was a great customer experience, I walked in & was greeted kindly. I told them I was interested in having my watch battery replaced & they promptly took it into the back & had it replaced within 5 minutes. Great service, kind people and an overall great shop

John Howald They are not rude but very polite. I waited for service while there looked over pieces. My husband was grocery shopping. I wanted to buy a gold chain for my gold medallion. The chain was so badly tangled I could not untangle without breaking chain. When I pulled out my small gold medal he looked at the chain and told he could untangle it. I gave it to him and returned the following day. No fee for service rendered. I plan on returning and buying some nice new earrings for myself there.
