The customer service is through the charts if the charts are labeled “garbage service.” Shout out to Monica T who has the best “I just work here attitude” and to Kaitlyn the assistant manager for not offering a solution to an easy fix ;)

1 /5 Bryndy Perez: The earrings here are seriously overpriced. I spent $60 on 4 pairs of earrings. The majority of them lost their stones after the first use and turned my ears green after a couple uses. It was a huge waste of money. Update: I attempted to contact customer support about possibly getting them replaced or a refund. I never heard anything back from them.
