The customer service is through the charts if the charts are labeled “garbage service.” Shout out to Monica T who has the best “I just work here attitude” and to Kaitlyn the assistant manager for not offering a solution to an easy fix ;)
1 /5 Bryndy Perez: The earrings here are seriously overpriced. I spent $60 on 4 pairs of earrings. The majority of them lost their stones after the first use and turned my ears green after a couple uses. It was a huge waste of money.
Update: I attempted to contact customer support about possibly getting them replaced or a refund. I never heard anything back from them.

Erin Crary Took my daughter here to get her daiths pierced to help with migraine. They were very respectful and skilled. The piercer took things at my daughters pace and made sure she was very comfortable and ready in a calm and humble way. It was super clean and the staff was exceptionally kind.
