5 /5 Sydney Hunter: i went in today with two of my friends and the workers were so so sweet!! showed me all their best jewelry and promoted their biggest sales!! We were in there for about 45 minutes today and the employees were so sweet piercing my friends ears and helping us find the right jewelry for ourselves!

2 /5 Ari O: The gentleman working around noon on 6/16 made everyone in the store pretty uncomfortable. He kept on complaining how busy it was and how he couldnt get the markdowns done because of us. He told my sister that his coworker was running late so Im assuming that was why he was so annoyed? Regardless we didnt appreciate his attitude towards us and the other customers.

1 /5 Ama: Shorter guy with dark hair is very very rude. If you can’t handle speaking to customers in a nice tone I recommend you don’t have someone like this work in retail store. Walked in to ask a question about some beauty solution and he was rolling his eyes and being rude after I asked about the prices and if there were different options. He was upset that the cheaper item rang up.

Purchased jewelry for a wedding and the necklaces tarnished the day I wore them, literally had to take them off because of how ugly they turned (not to mentioned I paid almost $50 for the 2). I then went to return other items I purchased only 2 days after the 30-day return period and was turned away, even with the receipt and jewelry in tact in the initial packaging. So disappointed with the items and service, I will be sure all of my friends and family know NOT to purchase from here.

Heather A Adams Over the last few weeks I have been to Sanford Design about four times and have had great service each time I went. The first time I went, I had a bunch of my beloved jewelry that has been broken or in disrepair restored. It was done in just a few days and now it feels like I have a whole new treasure chest back. I went back another time to have a ring cut off that I haven’t taken off in 10 years to have it cleaned and repaired and restored. It was quick and painless. I went back another time to get my husband’s watch opened and to get the battery replaced and while it was too large to fit the tool available, I went back a final time on the morning of my wedding to buy the most beautiful Pearl earrings that absolutely completed the look for my special day. I had seen them each time I went in, and I’m so glad I followed my intuition to get them. The service is always super sweet and quick and the prices are truly affordable when you take stock of what you’re really getting.
