She was attentive but not too overbearing, she listened to our numerous requests and question with patience. Most of all, she had found us the most gorgeous and fitting ring for what we wanted. She greeted us with a warm smile and listened attentively to our likes and budget. She immediately began to showcase multiple wedding rings that we loved. During the process she shared her love story and asked us questions about ours. We spent hours in Kay’s deciding what was best for us. Aprile was very kind, professional, and most importantly patient!!! We walked in the mall intending to buy one ring and came out with 3 rings at the same budget we had for one!
