1 /5 Mitchie Lou: I would not recommend this insurance agent to anyone. Anytime I had to make a change to either of my policies, it took multiple times of calling, chatting online, faxing, etc. to get it done. I tried for two weeks just to cancel my policies, and could not get a straight answer on if anything else was needed. I even offered to go up to the office to sign any forms to cancel. I was told it would be taken care of, with the other girl in the office yelling something in the background, while I was on the phone with the other person. I ended up having to call the insurance company directly to finally get my policies cancelled after several attempts to have the agent handle it. Very poor communication between staff and poor customer service.
