5 /5 River Barrios: When Whitney Quoted me home and auto insurance 3 years ago, I was compelled to request and compare insurance policies, as I am an insurance adjuster by trade. Whitney re-assured me of coverage with appropriate policy verbiage and saved us nearly $150 a month. After the recent hail storm here in Longview Texas, I unknowingly contacted Whitney while she was at a doctors appointment feeling very sick. She verified our deductible amount, confirmed that we had a Replacement Cost Value policy, and got our claim initiated. Inspection was scheduled the next day, roof replaced and I was barely involved. Shes a busy agent but made sure to touch base with us with the information that we needed after hours if she had to. Whitney is your Go-To person at this Agency!

1 /5 Randy Ruby: I was sold on TFB as they would provide superior quality and service. After being let down as a paying customer right at a month I received a notice of cancellation, I’m an auto draft customer, the amount on the bill was about a third the normal amount. I called the office and was told by multiple agents and office personnel I no longer had insurance thru TFB but no one could tell me when it was canceled or why. I checked all the blocks from having prior insurance to great method of payment. I feel the break down was the agent was so concerned on selling me the next product they didn’t have a extra second to make sure the first account was running smoothly.. Proceed lightly. If they would let my family drive around without insurance they would do the same to yours.
