1 /5 Elizabeth Cover: My daughter hit a deer last night. She tried for almost 3 hours to arrange roadside assistance which was a complete joke. Pronto insisted that she obtain a police report. More time elapsed because we had to contact the sheriffs office to make a report about the deer. Still couldnt get a wrecker requested. I told my daughter that we would leave the vehicle there and address it in the morning. The Sheriff called this morning to let us know that someone has, now, driven into the vehicle and totaled it. Had customer service provided the roadside assistance that we paid for, in the first place, I would not be in this situation. Horrible customer service, horrible coverage conditions. Spend a little extra to get insurance with another company. DO NOT give these people your money! Consulting legal counsel.
