Progressive Insurance - Claims Office - (Near Lubbock, TX)

1 /5 Alicia Hanes: Terrible company!!! After filling my claim for weather damage, Progressive wanted pictures. We took picture and sent them over via their app. After looking at the photos, Progressive states they cant see what they need to in the pictures so our adjuster, Amanda W, instructs us to drop off my vehicle at a body shop of my choice. After 3 weeks of waiting for the insurance company to estimate and make a decision on my vehicle, they denied my claim altogether and now are refusing to pay the storage fees to the body shop that has my vehicle. We have tried reaching out to the adjuster, her supervisor, the inspector, his supervisor and all others related to this claim and not one person will answer the phone, return a call or return an email. This is appalling and illegal!!! We are filling complaints with TDI and reaching out to an attorney for assistance. Stay away from Progressive!!!!

1 /5 Danne Garner: I can’t give less than one star or I would. BEWARE, they will not pay for all damages and there are no options to obtain an in-person estimate on your car after sending in photos for an online claim unless you agree to start the repairs in their shop and have them start a tear down on the car to start repairs. My complaint involves them not covering all damage to my car from a deer, a shattered headlight/dented bumper. They are denying fixing that part and won’t even give me the option to bring in my car for updated estimate before agreeing to fix it. This is the only car insurance who does this -this is a direct quote from the body shop. Worst company and adjusters ever. Tatiana B is the worst, rudest, and yells on the phone and talks over you.

1 /5 Alex tarango: if I could give no stars I would, Fatima and ashley are the worse people to deal with. Ashley the supervisor doesnt answer any calls and wont return them. We have an issue with a claim and they wont help

I had to do this just a few months ago and state-farm was AWFUL and I have state-farm.. thank you Colin with Progressive for really show the flow in how the insurance world can do good for us!! You are awesome!!!

1 /5 895austin: My wife was hit by a customer of Progressive. We were able to drive the vehicle to the body shop the damage was so slight. Progressive totaled our Toyota RAV4. Which Toyota holds there value. But they totaled it anyway. Then in order to turn the vehicle over to them, they are having us drive 2 hrs one way to sign the paperwork. The vehicle they totaled is our primary vehicle. They will not make any accommodations for us and want us to make four hour round trip just to sigh over the title. So we have to spend the money on a rental in order to make the meeting in Lubbock. Because for some reason they cant put an office in Amarillo. Not to mention the lack of communication from progressive. The online claim status showed closed when the vehicle was still at the body shop to see if they were going to fix it. Had to call them just to find out that the claim was still open. Update: It gets even better. We keep getting calls from an auction place about picking up the vehicle. My wife and I told them that we havent signed the vehicle over and received the final settlement amount. They kept calling us and when we wouldnt tell them where the vehicle was. They called the body shop to see if it was still there. I feel like Im some sort of reprobate that hasnt paid my vehicle off and they are trying to repo it. This vehicle has been paid off since 2016. Ive never paid a bill late or been into collections. We ourselves just switched to Progressive before this incident. We are now going to another insurance provider. I did sent an email to the address on the response.
