On multiple occasions, I reached out to her for documents or questions, but she rarely answered calls or sent the requested information. I referred several people to her, and they all had the same complaint: lack of response and follow-up. The most concerning case was my sisters. Juanita issued her a policy, and my sister urgently needed some documents for a company. Despite several attempts to contact her, Juanita never responded or provided the paperwork. As a result, my sister lost an important project. Additionally, when my sister canceled the policy, she never received a refund. Situations like this show a clear lack of professionalism. I strongly recommend finding an insurance agent you can truly trust—someone who is responsive, helpful, and supports your business growth, not someone who causes you to lose important opportunities.

5 /5 Julia Garrido: Juanita and her family are amazing! They are very detailed and accomodating. Juanita will make sure to walk you through the steps or just simply explain how the insurance works. Not many agents take the time to explain the process and why its important. Juanita always goes the extra mile to make sure that you understand the information and that the insurance are doing the right thing. Juanita does not hold back on calling the insurance herself. I definitely recommend her to everyone, she is AWESOME!
