5 /5 Jennifer Gamboa: Relynn has gone above and beyond every single time Ive come in. Exceeded my expectations with all of my purchases. Very honest and helpful with explaining my choices, which in todays age doesnt happen very often. All the ladies at this location are top notch in knowledge, kindness and most of all.... PATIENCE!!! LOVE THESE LADIES AND WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

1 /5 Hira Din: After I shared a review about MY experience at this location I got a very concerning response from the manager Relynn, who I originally left the review for. It’s quite unsettling mentioning my partners name considering he was not referenced in my review. Again, MY review, MY experience. This raises concerns about how customers information is being accessed and used without consent. I left this review to share MY experience — not invite the store to pull personal details to personalize a public reply. The entire visit already felt cold and impersonal, and this response only reinforces that discomfort.

1 /5 G. Anah: Wedding ring shopping do’s and don’ts — this location is definitely a DON’T. Please shop elsewhere if you’re looking for a supportive, personalized experience during such a meaningful milestone. My visit here was not only disappointing — it was deeply upsetting. I strongly urge management to look into Relynn’s customer service conduct, as no one should be treated this way — especially during such a sentimental and emotional purchase. This experience wasn’t just poor — it was damaging.

The ladies here are so sweet and they made picking out engagement rings a truly memorable experience for me and my man. Shout out to Relynn and her girls for the amazing customer service!
