2 /5 Steve: My wife arrived to just complete a pick up and was told she had to wait in line. Whatever happened to the area for pickups only.

1 /5 Amanda Whitlock: Every time I come in here there are many employees, a long line and maybe two registers open. Like right now. The line wraps around. A lady asked us to wrap around even. But there are only two registers open and I count a total of 9 employees so far

1 /5 Eva Betancourt: There is always a line here. Then there’s girls in the back and they don’t bother on opening more registers to pay it’s ridiculous. Maybe they should have just a separate line just to pick up.

2 /5 modrake01: I went yesterday to purchase several items. Once we picked out what we wanted we got in line to ask for help getting the items. There were five ladies standing in the back by the computer laughing and talking about their schedules another lady helping a customer, we stood there for 10 minutes waiting with about 10 more customers behind us in line before the one lady who was helping a customer finished and helped us. Not sure what all those other ladies were being paid for but they definitely werent working or helping anyone and if I knew Dillards would have had the item we were wanting I would have went there they actually help.
