From the moment I was picking up my special order and dropping off jewelry , she made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable, almost like I was catching up with a best friend! She was not only kind and patient, but also went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her warm personality made the whole experience so enjoyable, and I never once felt like “just another customer.” You can tell she truly cares about people, and it absolutely shows in the way she interacts. 1 /5 Terrill Mullins: There were 4 employees working. One was helping a customer at the counter.(Great job!!!) The other 3 ignored the 2 of us in the show room. No one came to acknowledge the customers in the show room. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to ask if I need help. Finally I pointed out what I described above. Then politely explained above said thank you and walked out. Customer service is horrible. I do not recommend this brand new store Mont Belvieu.

1 /5 AJ: Visted this location On Sunday, November 3rd with the intent to purchase some items I felt very unwelcomed I wasnt acknowledge as the other customers I can hear associates asking customers who walked in after me. Hi can I help you with anything? She even gave them a paper to fill out on which charms they would like I just didn’t get that same experience so I left the store without purchasing anything. Every guest should receive an exceptional experience. being that this is a new location, you guys should coach your team on how to properly acknowledge I guess (customer)

The last time I stopped in, Christina came out and greeted me even though she was on break. They helped my husband pick out a ring for our 30th anniversary celebration and it is beautiful!!! Peyman Jo Beautiful, durable, timeless jewelry that never fails as a gift. You can never go wrong with James Avery. Here are some of the pieces I bought my wife, which she says are her favorites. They have a great variety and jewelry pieces for all occasions. I love how they are constantly introducing new pieces to their collection. The staff at this location are very helpful and kind. I’ve had to make a few exchanges and never had any issues. Yes, they have jewelry for men too!
