5 /5 Tommi Sue Homuth: Family owned jewelry store and they can change watch batteries and sell you high end diamond and precious stone jewelry. Just had rings resized, stones replaced and purchased great client gifts.

5 /5 Marlena Oakes: I broke two prongs on my engagement ring. I have an aquamarine stone, so a bit softer stone. Grays could not fix the prongs because they dont have a laser machine. They have someone in Dallas who does. They shipped my ring for me, had it fixed and had it shipped back to me. Its nice to know I could trust them with my ring. It also got cleaned really well. I was very happy and will continue to bring jewelry into be fixed into Grays.

1 /5 Shawn Powell: I bought my wife a brand new beautiful bible and took it to Grays Jewelers to have it engraved with her name. They completely ruined her bible and then offered to refund the cost of the engraving which was 11 bucks. They ruined a $100 bible and offered 11 bucks!!!!!
