So sorry hunny but if you dont like your jobs go find a better 1. Nothing but boogie Bit*hs up there who stand around not wanting to help anyone. Every time one of there OWN CLIENTS walks in there. All there employees do is look @ each other as of to see who is going to help THERE OWN CLIENT as if its a punishment. Plus to make it even better the hang up on their phone calls blaming the internet or saying there having issues with it when nothing is ever wrong once you show up in person. Ridiculous hate to see how they would handel an accident call... This is not the best insurance company after all!
1 /5 Lauren J: Update: Had to file a complaint with the BBB and Texas Insurance. They refused to let me speak with a manager and they are also double charging for payments. They are still raising the rates without notifying you about the increase.
They are horrible. Jennifer called me last month (I have the phone call recorded) and stated since they have to manually enter in debit cards for payment they were going to have to charge more (which is illegal) I have them my ach information because Jennifer said if I did that my payments would go back down to the normal rate. I asked for a manager to contact me and the rude little girl this morning hung up on me. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and a complaint with the state insurance board.
1 /5 Joann Carpenter: Dont like how they draft 7 days before due date and if it doesnt go through then they want to charge $10 more. I pay the day of or day before my due date and you still want to charge me extra
1 /5 Shontell Williams: The worse customer service, I called in trying to get a question answered and the CSR didnt understand me and instead of trying to get someone else to help she hung up on me. Would not recommend
