I made an appointment, confirmed my appointment, and drove 35 minutes to get a new permanent bracelet, fix an existing one and possibly get a necklace too. The place was difficult to find but was super cute inside. I walked in and was not greeted. She was working on a client when I got there but didn’t acknowledge nor welcome me so I sat for 15 minutes. She was speaking with the client and saw me sit there. When it was finally my turn, 15 minutes past my appointment, I received no apologies. I was going to get more bracelets and necklace but felt rushed and didn’t have a welcoming feeling. I was very disappointed as I was really looking forward to this appointment. Thanks!
