5 /5 Margie: I am beyond grateful to Amanda for taking care of our car insurance today. The lady that answered the phone was so nice to me . iI did not remember her name but she was so kind when I needed it. She put me on the line to Amanda . Amanda was so professional and efficient.. She literally stopped what she was doing to take care of me. She must have had a dozen things she could have been working on, but she focused on what I needed.
She did such an awesome job from start to finish. I was frantic when I called but she took care of business like it was all in a days work. I had 3 phone numbers to choose and by the grace of God I dialed them . I didnt even know the names just phone numbers.
