1 /5 Kim Sedgass: My sister and I received gift cards about a year and a half ago from our realtor upon the sale of our home. Mind you, there was no expiration date on either card. I used mine about three months ago without issue, but when she went to use hers, she was told that they now write expiration dates on their cards and that she could not use hers. She showed the young lady her card that did not have an expiration date, but she did not honor it. This was an embarrassing situation and not a good look for the store. I have also let my realtor know so they are aware of the new, (and apparently retroactive) policy.

1 /5 Wendy Velin: No returns for refund after 7 days, I’m stuck with a $125 dollar watch band that does not fit. Store credit only. This is poor customer service across the board.

5 /5 B S: Cole and Co. Is a fabulous Locally owned high end gift shop. It is my go to for Mother’s Day, baby showers, registries for weddings, Radko ornaments, and even jewelry for myself! Their service is so personable. (A rarity these days!) I love that I can call in with a gift price range, describe the person who will receive the gift, and they come up with fabulous ideas and then gift wrap it for free! They make shopping so easy and enjoyable even on the busy days!

Dan S A great JCPenney to shop for whatever you need that JCPenney happens to sell. This location is clean, organized, and has friendly service. I couldnt complain about this store if I tried, nor do I have much more to say about this, so Ill share a story about this store: Once, back in 1991, I was shopping with my dad in this store. We were in the jeans section, and there was a little TV playing a Levis ad, on loop. It was for their large style jeans, and the commercial had a reggae song about "livin large". Fast forward to the modern era, and I am able to find that ad on YouTube. So, what I do is I enter Penneys from the north entrance and cue up the ad on my phone so I can share the joy. I do this every year at least once.
