3 /5 Rita Hernandez: Literally the worst customer service. I’ve called now 12 times and have yet been able to reach someone. I guess they got tired of hearing the phone ring because they switched it to an automatic voicemail transfer even though it’s 2pm and they close at 5pm. My agent, on the other hand, Mary, does her best to help accommodate me. My issue stands with their phone operating system.
