She was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I understood everything. Her friendly demeanor made the entire process much easier and less stressful. Veronica took away all my stress she worked with me tirelessly until she came up with auto coverage I could afford. I highly recommend her shes professional kind courteous but most of all patient The definition for good customer service is VERONICA my agent for Life!!!

1 /5 Toya Denise: Overall my experience while getting the auto insurance was great. Fast forward to me trying to make my first payment. I contacted them to pay my bill to find out that it was in auto pay something that I was not aware of when I first received my policy. Then the lady told me that if I took off the auto pay my bill I go up and she was going to call me back to let me know what was going on after 1 hour no response so I called back just for them not to answer and I received a text message saying I can text them so unprofessional. I called back again and the lady said she was going to put me on hold and see what was going after being on hold for a while I hung up and called back for her to answer just to say she was on hold with them and that she will call me back and its 2 hours later and I havent heard anything so I assume that they are just going to auto-pay my account something I wasnt aware of. Veronica is the person who took all my calls with no valid communication or answers to solve my problem. I know that they have caller ID and just not picking up the phone on purpose. Im just trying to get my information and pay my bill. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL UPDATE- 4/20/2025 After speaking to management and Veronica on 4/17/2025 to sign the paper to stop auto draft ( which I signed the paper) I was told that my bill would go up $15-20 they still auto-drafted the payment out of my account which I was told that it wouldnt be. All they are concerned with is me taking this review off the site I have been asked three times to take it down ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THE PRICES.
