1 /5 Danielle Herrera: 0 stars ! If you want lies and different amounts charged every single month after promises then join these agents. I have been with them for 10 years and finally switched agents and taking the rest of my family with me. They also had my NOT at fault accident listed as AT fault, I’m assuming to avoid others from giving me low rates and for my premium to increase for their benefit. I would’ve never known if I wasn’t shopping around thanks RBFCU.

1 /5 Angelina Gonzalez: The most horrible experience I have had. My policy is never consistent, I was told I had to have auto draft, and the amount is hardly the same. This past month my charges were double and I have been waiting for 2 weeks to receive any kind of explanation. When I call to speak with Yvonne (the rep who has worked on my info) its a 50/50 chance I will be able to get connected, and to top it off I am told I will receive a call back but NEVER do. Complete joke of a business, customer service is horrible- I have not received a clear answer and just get the run around. I am completely dissatisfied. I have been more than patient with them but to withdraw double my regular amount and have no reasoning as to why is unacceptable. I feel robbed and wronged.

Making changes to policies is always easy and the staff is very assessable. They are friendly and professional. Great office!!!
