1 /5 Patricia Chambers: This place is terrible. It’s December and I’m still having trouble with my claim from October 20, 2022. I have full coverage insurance. They will not give me an answer. They will not send and adjust out to quote my car. I went into the office in Waco and they can’t give me an answer. They still managed to take my money monthly. The only reason I won’t drop them is because my claim is pending. Wreck your car and you will get the run around. They don’t have an insurance adjust in the Waco/McLennan county area.

1 /5 Laci Taylor-McClennon: Worst insurance in history!!! They take people money and say they behind, cash in policies but the agent had my dad sign the check and took it and cashed it himself. Like who do you call and report such fraudulent activities!! Oh and not to mention they are rude as hell, hang up in your face, and very unprofessional, like to argue with you. Shop elsewhere dont even waste your time!
