1 /5 Nareeman Shahateet: There is a lady her name is Cassey,she made us wait two hours and made our paperwork wrong, and we had to go back twice to correct the mistakes. What made me so angry was that the mistakes were ridiculous and no one who was good at his job could make them. This made me sure that they were all on purpose

Patient, kind, and pleasant! I called right at closing, had a small hiccup with my card, and she patiently waited for it to resolve without making me feel rushed 1 time! THANK YOU RONA 4 ALL U DO!!

3 /5 Bad Donkeydonk: Phone contact almost impossible to get through too. You have to call the 800# to main sales. Put in zip code from metroplex to get someone to answer. Store customer service Bealmead awesome. But she just got new job. If your in hurry dont be. Its like buying new car. Bring it lunch.
