5 /5 Phil Rehard: Reeds is just awesome! We purchased our wedding rings there a number of years ago, and have been back to shop several times since. The people that work there have always been great. But, our experience with Nicole recently was over the top. We were welcomed warmly by her when stopping in to get our rings cleaned. While we waited, we browsed options for upgrading my wifes ring. She listened carefully to what we were hoping for, and helped us to get just the right thing! My wife was thrilled. Our experience with Nicole was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend shopping for your jewelry there, and especially with Nicole.

5 /5 Lucas Johnson: I purchased my wifes engagement ring at Reeds in OP more than eight years ago and the experience was unexpectedly joyful and stress free (which is saying a lot when picking out an engagement ring). I have remained a customer of this store, and in particular of Marias, because of the no-nonsense, hassle free, warm, kind, and inviting experiences I continue to have on each visit. Maria is an expert in her field and helps me manage a wishlist compared to sales occurring to ensure a great deal each time. I cant recommend Maria and Reeds enough!

1 /5 Ed Hart: I spent $400 to have this company polish my Tag Carrera, and when I removed the bracelet to put on my rubber watch band, I noticed that Reeds Jenn’s polishers didn’t even bother to remove the steel bracelet to polish the ends of the watch. For $400 — and after they held my watch for almost two months — I honestly don’t even think they polished it at all. Complete scam. Do not waste your time taking your high-end watch to Reeds Jenn for polishing. You will get ripped off.
