I selected a setting as well as a nice Canadian diamond and asked if she could adjust the setting so it had a slimmer sleeker profile. When I returned to pick up the ring it was perfect. Exactly what I envisioned. The surprise was a success, I am now engaged, and there is no one I can better recommend to help you out with an engagement ring than Diane. As someone whos never bought jewelry before, but didnt want to go to a big box store for an engagement ring, I had no idea where to go until a friend recommended James. James made me feel safe and confident in my purchase. He gave me an excellent price for a beautiful diamond and I couldnt be happier. The future wife loves it too. :)

Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!
