I was on a mission to find the perfect engagement ring, and let me tell you, I knew NOTHING about rings. I hit up several big-name jewelers, and they were all a total letdown. No one even tried to educate me or dive into the details of what I might want. But then, I walked into Holston Jewelers, a local gem, and met Michael and Kathy. These two are absolute rockstars! They took the time to teach me all about engagement rings, guiding me through every step with patience and expertise. They really got what I was looking for and helped me zero in on the perfect ring. It wasnt an easy journey, but Michael and Kathy made it an unforgettable experience. They were simply wonderful, and now, Ive got the ring of my dreams thanks to them! 1 /5 Hispanic Hug: I went there yesterday to order a gold cross and I did based on a book. However today I got an emergency and pick it up without checking on it. Got home and realized that cross isn’t the same size I ordered (it’s smaller) and also it is not solid so I will not be able to engrave on it. I have been calling and they do aren’t answering anymore and their answer system appears to be down. I will be back to return it and hopefully I will get my money back. Will keep you posted!!!

5 /5 Madeline Goff: Thank you so very much for transforming my solitaire diamond ring!!! A month ago I lost the diamond in a freak incident. My mother’s diamond ring was cut in half by emergency responders in 1965 due to an accident my mom had, severely injuring her ring finger. Mike of Holston transformed my ring by combining my mother’s diamond onto my ring. He also had beautiful earrings made with the side sections of my mother’s ring. Thrilled and can’t thank you enough!❤️

New to town, and I stopped in to help revive a watch that Id tried to swap the battery on myself, that I wanted to wear to my wedding this weekend. The man behind the counter (I shouldve gotten his name, but forgot!) who I assume is the owner threw a new battery in, set the date and time, and then closed the watch case, which I hadnt been able to do myself over the last few years... and then when I pulled out my wallet, said "dont worry about it" and smiled. This small gesture of kindness absolutely blew my mind, and left such a positive, awesome note for me about this business, especially since it was my first experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Jill Zimmerman I have shopped and used this Jeweler over the years . I have lived in the area since the 1970s. This Jeweler outshines all other competitors in the area compared to service ,price and quality. Tracy, the salesperson and the owner have always been so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Most recently I went there to have a bracelet made smaller. My dear recently passed Mom had left me a beautiful cubic zirconia bracelet. The jeweler adjusted it accordingly to my wrist size and the bracelet looks beautiful and it truly fits perfectly . A , photo is below. I have referred my friends and business associates to them. I highly recommend them for their attention to detail and to the large and great selection of high end jewelry pieces. Feel free to visit their website and stop in to browse for yourself, , a special occasion or a holiday gift. There is parking directly in front of the store for your convenience. I must say, not only are the prices at David Yurman affordable, but the recent designs are unique and intriguing! The store assistant was kind, informative and attentive. Located in Bloomingdales, the facilities are clean and well lit. I would highly recommend David Yurman for anyone looking for jewelry that perfectly balances traditional and unique modern.
