We had worked with a different jeweler previously for my engagement ring and it seemed like that other jeweler couldn’t take the time to actually work with us. Wayne and everybody at Trenton Jewelers were so intentional and thoughtful and really helped us figure out what we needed. Not only that, but they were actually excited to help us and were so happy when I loved the finish product. You don’t find great customer service like this very much anymore and it was so wonderful. I’ll be recommending Trenton jewelers to every single person I come across!

5 /5 Monique Lynch: I came in to get help designing a ring to celebrate 35 years of marriage. I spent two hours with Karen looking at different settings. I eventually decided on combining a band with one setting to the setting of another. Waynes design was beautiful and I was very happy with it. After a few days, I decided I wanted a revision and Wayne was kind enough to make the revision very quickly before his month long vacation. I will be going back and highly recommend this jeweler!

5 /5 Ted Hauke: My fiance and I cant say enough about our experience at Trenton Jewelers. We picked out my wedding band with the help of the staff. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Then we set to work designing my fiances wedding set. We brought in her engagement ring and a picture of what she was hoping it would look like and Wayne, being the master craftsman he is, recreated her dream ring perfectly. He even re-dipped and polished her engagement ring before returning it to us. To say we are thrilled and excited is an understatement. This is now our go-to jeweler. My husband had visited 3 separate times during the process and decision making when choosing my engagement ring and diamond with each visit receiving exceptional service and assistance ultimately purchasing my gorgeous ring! We then returned to chose and purchase my wedding band again receiving exceptional service especially in helping me decide which style would look best with my engagement ring. They were able to have my rings welded together and cleaned up beautifully in time for our wedding in August. We will definitely be return customers for future jewelry purchases!

Mel Losey Incredible customer service, kind, knowledgeable, and quick! We had very old rings (3, 2 bands and an engagement ring) that needed to be resized and they were straightforward about any potential risk and explained the entire process. After they finished the rings, bear in mind they were finished way faster than expected, they looked brand-new. The previous owner was astounded by how beautiful everything turned out, and made a comment on how they never knew the one wedding band was so shiny. Even though the rings were a little more risky with their age, the Jewelry Shoppe made it happen and were thrilled to be able to use rings with over 50 years of love already in them. Absolutely recommended!

Lori Nichols Needed my white gold “dipped” so I randomly stopped in to see if they could help. Was pleasantly greeted by Oliver (sweet dog) and they were literally 1/4 of the price and time frame I was quoted through a very popular Toledo jeweler… and had it done it 2 days… very impressed!
