James Crain Natalia at Soto Ins Agency is by far the most professional enthusiastic and knowledgable insurance agent I have dealt with in many years. I spoke to at least four other agencies including one I had been insured with for 40 years. Not a single one of them took the time and engaged the professional effort to satisfy my insurance needs. Natalia deserves every one of those five stars. The others I spoke with deserve less than one.

He always takes the time to walk us through our options and explain things clearly—no matter how many questions I have (and there are usually a lot!). On more than one occasion, he’s even recommended staying with another provider if it meant a better rate for us. That kind of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. Jean Bazer I have been with this company for almost 30 years. Philip Bankston took care of me after much damage from Hurricane Katrina. He always gave me the benefit of the doubt. We were in a terrible wreck and he and Brandon again took care of us, paying in full for our totaled car. Brandon has been our ‘go to’ person. When I have a question, he is faithful, prompt and honest to answer right away. He is patient and thorough. He helped me analyze what works best for us. Five stars from a satisfied customer.
