1 /5 Beverly Aubrey: I would give a lower score if possible. I am an Agent from another Agency. I wrote a policy for one of Kevins former customers to help lower her monthly premium. When that customer called him to cancel her policy with him, he proceeded to tell her that the policy I had written wasn’t what is required by her Mortgage Company. I contacted her mortgage company to make sure they were satisfied with the policy I had written and then contacted Kevin to ask what my customer needed to do to cancel her policy with his Agency. After he hung up on me angrily, I called him back and he began by questioning my authority in writing his customer the policy and then went so far as threatening to come “see” me after I asked why he would not help the customer and do what she requested! He even said he was gonna come “see” me on Friday! So, after he hung up he contacted my customer who would not answer his calls. He then sent her the below text!!! Mr Kevin Walpole, I’ll be at my office waiting for you along with the Bossier Sheriffs Department. You are being reported to the Louisiana Insurance Commissioners Office as well. You do not make threats to people and not expect recourse. You sir are highly unprofessional and a horrible example of a human!! 5:18 text message Ill cancel this policy. Matters not to me. That rude lady does not know a thing about the insurance business. If you want acv on your home its ok with me. Just text me to cancel. By the way whomever you spoke with at the bank is completely wrong. Tell your friend ill see her later Tell me to cancel policy Dont wan you no more

3 /5 CELIA MANGHAM: Hard to get in touch with, but once you do they will eventually handle what you need. Ive left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails over three weeks, and I still have not heard back. All I need is clarification about my policy that Progressive canceled, which seems like it would be important. Im sure they are busy, but I would expect at least an out of office message with an expected time of response from a business of this type.

5 /5 Trisha Maness: This is my second house to be insured and once again they have come through for me. I had one claim with my last house and Amy was all over it. Got someone out to check the damage within a week. Amy and Kevin are a great team and I recommend them to anyone needing home insurance.

1 /5 JC B: I have never worked with this agency (thankfully, Im gathering.) However, I was searching for their contact information in attempt to call them for a quote for our cars and home. I am very thankful I checked their reviews before calling. Its clear there is a HUGE lack of professionalism from whomever is responding on behalf of the agency. Receiving bad reviews is part of being a business owner, but the way this business chooses to belittle and argue with the customers who have left reviews is disgusting and has unfortunately lost them at least one customer. ** Im not sure what review youre referring to, as the last one I see is a positive one from 6 months ago, but your response just further confirms my point. 1 /5 Victoria Adams: Their rates for a mobile home are ridiculous. They dont call you back or look into any problem you have. I dont recommend this company at all. They have jacked my rate up for the second time in the past 2 years Ive owned my home and cant ever seem to call us back.
