After a moderate rain, the walls started to have molds and 1st floor ground had water coming in. I started to cough violently at nights. I notified Kurt Tatje, the maintenance manager but could not resolve any of these issues. He was very prompt on fixing other issues though. Natalie Tatje, the business manager was somewhat flexible and understanding, however, as soon as you give notice to vacate, your communication is ignored and your deposit vanished. Very unprofessional. Everyone in the office make you wait even when things seem slow every time and responses are very slow. They only accept cash payment which shows shady business to me, avoid them and dont rent those run down apt. Two stars for Kurt.
