2 /5 Kris Love: She was always amazing to talk to and always very responsive, then I started to see some inconsistencies. Switched agents and finished out my policy with the insurance companies. Come to find out, when I renewed my policy before I switched agencies, I told her to report my Labor payroll at a certain amount at which time she reported 3x less. Now stuck paying over 5k lump sum to insurance company and if she would have reported what I told her, I would have been on budget.
EDIT FOR YOUR RESPONSE: I am sure Mrs. Charles does everything in her power, she is extremely nice, HOWEVER I was the one that slipped through the cracks and ended up paying over 5k in insurance because Mrs. Charles did not report my requested numbers. Even though we are very busy, we are very organized and have archived emails of this request to your insurance agency before the renewal process that year. It was a mistake made by your agency that cost my company 5,000 dollars after our insurance audit. I have the emails I could attach screen shots as well if you would like. Not saying your are a horrible person, but your lack of attention to detail in this particular situation caused financial burden on my company
