5 /5 Beth DB: I had a really weird situation and had spent most of the weekend and all that day on the phone with various insurance companies trying to fix this VA-LA license issue. I really thought if I got transferred to another person or had to tell my situation again, I would probably cry. By luck another company transferred me to the Reed Insurance group. Ms. Pattie is wonderful and she had my insurance set up the way it needed to be done, at an unbelievably low price for Louisiana, in less time than it took me to tell her everything. They have followed up, sent a really nice welcome kit, were responsive and professional and it was the very best insurance experience I have had in my entire life. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Give them a call. They will likely save you money and they are good at what they do.
