The reason Im writing this review today is because after Id been in my home for a year, I found that my escrow account had a shortage -- someone at the VA (I have a veterans home loan) failed to process my homestead exemption, so I paid the full amount of property tax for 2023 resulting in an escrow shortage and a higher monthly note to pay down the shortage. I was caught off guard and had no idea where to turn, so I started with Kathy at Bulldog Title. She was helpful in the past and I figured she might be able to point me in a good direction.
Not only did she alleviate my concerns, she went to the courthouse/tax assessors office personally to sort stuff out. You just dont get find that level of help many places these days.
It took a few weeks and some footwork on my part to ultimately get the issue resolved, but Kathy as well as the other staff at Bulldog Title really rose to the occasion and helped make my home buying dream and my property tax headache a really simple experience. I can not recommend them enough!
