She has the sweetest voice and a loving and kind spirit about her. Great customer service at this location!

I’ve never called and not left with answers or a resolution! I usually speak to Kristin, Kanyia or Courtney and they are amazing at what they do! They have always been friendly and helpful and return calls in timely manner only had one person that I remember that was not very helpful and never returned a phone call she is no longer there. For the last 6 months i have had the pleasure of dealing with Kristin Yates and she had been so helpful always willing to go above and beyond hope she stays around for the next 20 years.

5 /5 Kristy Scharf: When I purchased a new vehicle, I talked with Kristin and she was very helpful transferring my insurance from my old vehicle. I also had a question about our homeowners insurance. She had to do a little research and called back within the same day with an answer regarding coverage. She communicates well and provides great customer service -- something that seems to be lacking these days! I should include that Kanyia has also been extremely helpful when I have called with questions in the past. Thank you, ladies, for a great job!
