1 /5 David Young: Recently, we were hit with a 9% rate increase with no prior notice and having never filed a claim. Then, for two months in a row, we did not receive our monthly statement in the mail. When I sent my payments in, I was tagged with a late penalty. Funny how that works. File a claim and get the run around for months on end. They receive your monthly payment a couple of days late (because the monthly invoice failed to be delivered, not because of anything we did) and you are instantly punished. When I called to complain, I was told that Allstate is attempting to “encourage” its insured to pay through auto-draft. Well, I don’t to do that. Actively looking for an alternative insurance carrier.

She helped me with getting the right insurance and was able to answer all of my concerned questions. I’m very happy I switched over to Allstate and couldn’t ask for a better agency! Thank you!
