5 /5 Raegan Williams: This is a review for an employee at the Highland location. Her name is Alexis Wicker and her ext is4084. I am doing this review for my dad Cedric Williams. He was involved in an accident with someone covered by your insurance company (we have someone else). Alexis was the claims agent and she was very profession coureteous and helpful through the entire process. "I have never been treated so well with an insurance company whether it was mine or someone elses. I am a business owner and I know how hard it is to find good help I hope you treat her well because she really knows what shes doing. I currently have 2 vehicles, a boat and home insured by my current insurance company however if I ever find myself in the market for another insurance company I will be sure to give her a call.
