2 /5 Kayla A: The staff is very nice but that’s how they get you. And then they raise your insurance without telling you why or how to fix it. Go to progressive or somewhere else where they have good employees and prices that make sense. Without that it’s just a bunch or really nice people working for a bunch of dummies (respectfully).
