Farm Bureau Insurance - (Near Thibodaux, LA)

1 /5 James: Not one to make reviews, but I have never had so many issues working with a insurance company before. The first few months were seamless but after that, each month I was being charged more at one time, then recently double charged. This last month I decided to pay my bill early and then two days later they charged me again and refused to refund me.

5 /5 Mollie Gros: They are always very helpful and friendly. We are very satisfied with Farm Bureau. Always dealt with FB and never had any problems. Always there for us. Home and auto insurance very good.

1 /5 Sam Found: One of their customers hit me, and I am having nothing but trouble getting this resolved. NO COMMUNICATION . They never call back or update. not to mention, I had to keep submitting my files in different forms. Update: I am not your customer. Your customer hit me. I was directed to your office since your customer is at that location.
