1 /5 James: Not one to make reviews, but I have never had so many issues working with a insurance company before. The first few months were seamless but after that, each month I was being charged more at one time, then recently double charged. This last month I decided to pay my bill early and then two days later they charged me again and refused to refund me.
5 /5 Mollie Gros: They are always very helpful and friendly. We are very satisfied with Farm Bureau. Always dealt with FB and never had any problems. Always there for us. Home and auto insurance very good.
1 /5 Sam Found: One of their customers hit me, and I am having nothing but trouble getting this resolved. NO COMMUNICATION . They never call back or update. not to mention, I had to keep submitting my files in different forms.

Ambernae Williams I spoke with Traylon Arvie in the Ruston office. He was courteous and very helpful. I explained to him that I was looking for a reasonable rate and did all that he possibly can and EVEN exceeded my expectations. Ask fo him, hes wonderful!
Tammy McCalmon I’ve been using GoAuto for a few years. I had an issue with my policy recently and the lady at the Monroe office stayed on the phone and worked with me til we got the issue fixed. She was super friendly and very patient with me. Most insurance companies would have been rude and not helpful at all. Kudos GoAuto!!! Keep up the good work.
