Misty was very inpatient with me..Very nasty and rude .I couldnt get a word in..I had to keep repeating myself to her.I never received poor customer service from an insurance company..Before she hung up in my face she told me in a high volume tone ..LOOK IM NOT GOING TO CALL DIRECT ..I CAN GIVE YOU THE NUMBER AND YOU CALL THEM..THATS YOUR POLICY SO YOU DISCUSS THAT WITH THEM !!!! THAT CRUSHED ME !!!!! THEN SHE MUST HAVE FELT BAD BY HANGING THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE AND HAD THE NERVE TO EMAIL ME ABOUT CONTACTING DIRECT !!!! PLEASW DO NOT USE DIRECT AUTO FOR INSURANCE !!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE !!!
