1 /5 Michelle Thomas: If I could leave this company a ZERO, I absolutely would!!!! Very unprofessional and lack communication skills!!!! Their excuse for everything is bc people are sick and short staffed, but they can handle homeowners being dropped and writing their policies!!!! Apparently these policies hold more weight and are more important!!!! If you still chose this company, I highly suggest not dealing with Chris! He is the WORST!!! I have several messages and call logs where he just did not answer or return calls!!! The same for text messages! Then when someone would respond, he’d have someone else in the office respond DAYS later! Most unprofessional interaction I’ve had with a company in my adult life! Highly suggest choosing a different company to handle your insurance needs!!!!!
