1 /5 Bernard Fernandes: Dealt with Jocelyn, was pleasant in the beginning , but seemed to become arrogant by the minute. Would put me on hold, without prior permission, and hang up . Had to call back. The quote for my 4 vehicles was 800 $ more then the previous carrier-All Sate. After I suggested a few changes, that could potentially save me some $, she hung up and never called back after texting and asking a call back . So make up your mind to deal with this business
