5 /5 Julie Veal-Stults: This is the absolute best place to go for all your insurance needs. I have never had a representative that is as attentive, helpful, and kind as Brooke. She is amazing and you can tell she truly cares about her customers, unlike some insurance companies I have had before. She goes out of her way to help anyway she can. The best customer service I have ever had at an insurance company. I would not go anywhere else.
The office is so nice and has snacks and small gifts. You can handle all of the business on the phone though, and never even have to go in. I cant say enough good things about this State Farm location. They are the ones you want and their pricing is very competitive. Top tier!!
