5 /5 OLD S: I recently brought my jewelry in for cleaning and was extremely satisfied with the service I received. He went above and beyond to ensure my jewelry was well cared for, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism.

1 /5 Emily Benz: This is the worst store I have ever been to. They have a full lobby of people waiting here and instead of helping their customers, they have 2 employees in the back eating and laughing. The man who is making the “list” for people to be helped is unbelievably rude and told me to come back. He was also laughing at the fact that they had no one working or servicing their guests on a busy Sunday afternoon. Unprofessional, rude, wouldn’t come here if it was the last David yurman in the US. If people are spending the money they are for your jewelry, maybe treat them better.

I came to pickup and online order and wasn’t even acknowledged upon entering and waiting almost 15 minutes and the the same person handles all online orders while the other employees stand around doing nothing! Wish I’d have known in advance!!!

1 /5 Emica King: The absolute worst. I hope this review reaches the right target audience. Flew in on business out of state but made an appointment ahead of time. Sat outside 30 minutes prior went to the door says closed for inventory until 3. Came back exactly at 3 then the door says closed for the day. I made two calls to the store no one called back to say anything. Waited 2 plus hours for nothing. Called Saks Fifth 3 minutes up the road, do yourselves a favor and do not come to DY at Lenox. Good day.
