1 /5 Virginia Charles: As a current policy holder with this agency, I called to try and get a new quote to see if they might be able to offer me better pricing. The retention agent, however, was extremely rude and came across as though she didnt want to help me with the quote. Granted it was 2:30 PM the day before a holiday, but if youre not supposed to be working, then take off or close the office and not take it out on your customer service. I will definitely be moving agencies!

1 /5 marilyn patterson: My recent experience was awful ..dont want to give the name because I decided didnt want to hurt her but she was terrible getting back to me in a timely fashion and then completely ignored me the Friday before the Memorial Day weekend end of month would have had to get a 4 pt again .. ended up with another agency and they are so wonderful at Harvest..and better deal w Loggerhead ins and happy w both. Her best deal at Topline was Citizens last ditch ins and would have had to have pd extra for flood insurance ..amt not great w Citizens either and her other plan more expensive than what I have now. I own my home and never had flood insurance and never any flooding but Citizens required it ..So the Topline rep did me a favor but still not happy about her lack of response ... last year I had a nice rep thr named Brandee ... shes not in that dept any more ..by the way Peoples trust thr sister co. canceled me last yr after a long run....never a claim but they were leaving Naples. They are not great either so also did me a favor...Im just passing this on.. Get it together Topline..and good riddance!
