This was my first time purchasing car insurance, so I had many questions. I spoke with John Bosch. Not only was he kind and patient, but he was extremely knowledge. He knew every answer to every question that I had. This was an extremely pleasurable experience for a task that really is not fun. John made it easy, and it gave me confidence in my selection of Geico.

2 /5 AJR: *** BE AWARE BAIT N SWITCH*** 2 stars for the rep who took my quote at this location he was professional n pleasant to speak to on the phone. The issue lies with the whole quote process . I was quoted a price with stating the actual accident date , time etc that wasn’t my fault date and everything… I was ready to move forward gave my ck account info then BOOM the quote went up $40 cause of an accident that wasn’t my fault even though during the quote, I stated the accident time and date and it showed up as a non-fault accident correctly. The initial quote was misleading. It felt like the bait n switch just grime then again they are an insurance company. Geico use to be the leader of the insurance industry now they have become the toilet of the industry…
