1 /5 Damaris Paz: Dont trust this people to take care of your company and accounting. They overcharged month to month payments and they did not want to take responsabity for giving that money back, talking about over 5k. Also they dont answer back and they just ignore you and are very unprofesional and fraudulents. Would never recomend .

1 /5 LUCAS OLIVEIRA: I hired PB Accounting LLC in June 2025 to file my ITIN. I paid $210 via Zelle. After more than 7 weeks with no updates, I contacted the IRS and was told no ITIN application had been submitted in my name. The person in charge claimed she "dropped the documents into a random USPS mailbox" with no proof of submission or tracking. When I asked for a refund, she was rude and disrespectful, saying, "this is not some street bar" and refused to refund my money, even though the service was never properly delivered. I strongly advise against using this office. They are careless, unprofessional, and treat clients poorly. Terrible experience.

1 /5 Jessica Willard: Terrible customer service, I called on the behalf of a young girl that doesn’t understand English well. I asked about her coverage and she said I hope they find her car if not she looses everything. Then said “maybe you stole the car” and hung up on me. This can’t be a real company something is very off.
